General Admission Requirements (All Programs)

  • Woodcroft University welcomes learners from all backgrounds. Since we operate as an online, globally accessible institution, our admission process is streamlined, flexible, and designed to help students begin their academic journey quickly and confidently.
  • ✔ Complete the online application

  • Submit your application through our secure online portal. The form takes only a few minutes and helps us understand your academic background and program goals.
  • ✔ Submit academic transcripts

  • Upload digital copies of your official transcripts from all previously attended high schools, colleges, or universities.
    Transcripts must be issued directly by the institution or sent electronically through an approved secure provider.
  • Student-uploaded or altered documents will be considered unofficial until verified.
  • ✔ Provide optional test scores (if applicable)

  • Woodcroft University follows a test-optional admissions model. Applicants may submit SAT/ACT or other standardized test scores if they believe it strengthens their application.
  • ✔ English language proficiency (for international applicants)

  • Students whose previous education was not in English may need to submit TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo, or equivalent scores.

Requirements for Transfer Students

  • Woodcroft University proudly supports transfer learners and recognizes prior academic experience from accredited institutions.
  • ✔ Students with fewer than 15 transferable credits

  • Applicants with fewer than 15 credits will be evaluated under standard undergraduate admission requirements, including transcript review and optional test scores.
  • ✔ Students with 15 or more transferable credits

  • Applicants with 15+ transferable semester credits must:
  • Hold a minimum GPA of 2.0 or higher
  • Submit official transcripts from all prior institutions
  • Meet program-specific academic expectations Transfer credits are evaluated individually to determine eligibility toward degree requirements.
  • ✔ Academic probation review

  • Applicants who do not meet GPA minimums may be considered for conditional admission and reviewed by the Academic Appeals Committee.

General Admission Requirements

  • Complete and sign the application for admission.
  • Complete and sign the transcript request form for all institutions previously attended. Ask your admission counselor for assistance with this process. Official transcripts are only valid if sent directly from the high school or college to Woodcroft University.. Transcripts sent to you are considered unofficial. If you process your own request for transcripts, please make sure they are sent directly to Woodcroft University. Admissions Processing.
  • If required, request that your official ACT or SAT scores are sent to the Office of Admission

Academic appeals will not be reviewed more than one academic semester prior to the students desired start date. All academic appeals are due by the end of business day prior to the first day of the semester. Appeals received after the deadline will be reviewed for the following semester.

*Please note: Test scores, such as ACT or SAT, may be required for specific scholarship consideration, athletic eligibility through the NAIA, admission to specific programs, and will be considered by the Academic Appeals Committee for all academic appeals.

Appeals regarding admission decisions must be submitted before the start of the applicant's intended term. Appeals received after the deadline will be reviewed for a future semester.

Scholarship / Program-Specific Requirements

At Woodcroft University, the transcript submission process is simple, fully online, and designed to help us understand your academic background so we can place you in the right program from day one. Whether you’re applying to an undergraduate, graduate, or professional program, submitting your transcripts is an essential step in completing your application.

Because Woodcroft operates 100% online, all transcripts must be sent digitally—directly from

your school, college, or institution to our Admissions Office. Documents uploaded by students are considered unofficial until verified by the issuing institution.We review transcripts to assess academic readiness, evaluate course history, and determine whether placement assessments or prerequisite modules are needed, ensuring every student starts their journey with the right foundation.

If you require accommodations related to disability, learning support, or accessibility needs, you can upload your documentation (diagnosis, IEP, 504 plan, etc.) directly through the transcript submission form.
